I am passionate about empowering women and equipping diverse teams with the tools and skills to fulfil their potential in their careers and personal lives.
In working to fill the gap between the roles, demands, and challenges of the modern woman, my full-service consultancy, Beyond the Dress (BTD), helps individuals to build harmony into their personal and professional lives.
My focus areas include smart time and goal management, inter-personal skills, self-awareness, personal branding, brand ambassadorship, accountability, focus, and leadership – and the result is happier and more productive people.
Known for tailored and engaging corporate training sessions, conference presentations, keynote addresses, and workshops with a difference, I provide practical tools and techniques to achieve tangible, lasting change and quick results. (I don’t believe in leaving delegates with a post-training ‘sugar rush’ that lasts only a few days.)
After attending a BTD workshop or talk, delegates are better equipped to achieve work-life harmony and are more confident when walking into a room and engaging in courageous conversations. In many cases, they report having started to master their personal brands, using my tools to create the lives they want.
BTD’s practical toolkits create a culture of ownership for the individual, rooted in the mind-set that they are their own boss, responsible for their growth and the company’s.
